There are two ways to dip a spoon in chocolate: you can either dip it straight down, pick it up, and let the chocolate run off (which gives you a tasty looking spoon) OR you can scoop up the chocolate into the spoon bowl (which gives you a tasty looking spoon PLUS a lot more chocolate!). True chocolate covered spoons!
We use the second option and fill the spoon with luxurious imported Callebaut Belgian chocolate. Now, really... which do you prefer?
