Personalized Label

These labels are designed to be applied to round package products, such as our tins or chocolate covered popcorn, or our collections in acetate packaging. They are NOT intended for our gold box products or any product whose package width is less than 6”.

Our personalization labels are circular in shape and measure 4.5” in diameter. The label is white (but overprinted in color) and features a removable adhesive.

These labels are designed to display our name and the container contents leaving the balance of the space for:

• a standard message (‘Happy Holidays’, for example) and your name or text, no standard image

• standard message (‘Happy Holidays’, for example) and your name or text, with standard image
• standard message, customized name or logo, no standard image
• standard message, customized name or logo, and a custom image (you provide)
• customized - please call us with your requirements.

Design Elements
Standard

Our company name, in white, against a colored background. The background color identifies the product, or type of product, within the container. This element is printed along the top arc of the label.

The containers ingredients are printed in along the bottom of the arc (“Dark Chocolate Nuts”, for example).

Custom

The remainder of the label – essentially the whole center of the label, is available for personalization. Generally, any standard text (“Happy Holidays”, “Happy New Year”, etc.) occupies the first line of text within this space. In some cases, a standard image is also used. (This image can be removed and replaced with your own image or additional text). The remainder of the area is available for personalization.

Personalizing the Label
Standard - Text Only Select a celebratory text. We add your name or company in one of our standard fonts. To order your label,

Custom You may treat the ‘empty label’ as a white space and provide your own text or text and image. Please be aware, however, of space limitations. We do NOT recommend any more than three lines of text and a graphic or four lines of text without a graphic. To order your label,

Once we have completed the design, a JPG copy will be emailed to you for your review and approval. Once the design is approved, the production of your labels can commence.

Providing Us With Your Image Information

Graphic File Type(s)
We will accept JPG (JPEG), GIF or TIF files. Due to color compression issues in GIF and TIF files, we suggest the JPG (JPEG) format for the cleanest look.

The dots per inch (dpi) should be NO LESS than 300 dpi whenever possible. If you cannot provide a 300 dpi image, we will accept less down to 150, dpi, but image degradation will occur.

If you are providing us with an image you SCANNED, please set the scanner to 300 dpi or higher.

If you are providing with an image directly from a DIGITAL CAMERA, set your camera at it’s highest resolution. We cannot ‘uptick’ a low resolution photo to a higher resolution without the image experiencing significant degradation in quality.

Whatever image you provide us with will be the image that appears on your label, with the following exceptions:

We may need to crop the image, or reduce it, to fit the available space;

If the resolution, or color properties will not (in our judgement) develop into an attractive label, we will return the image with our suggestions for correction. We will not color correct, retouch or otherwise crop the image you submit. Close ups and images brightly lit will produce the best results.

It remains your sole responsibility to provide us with the images you want, however we reserve the right to reject images that, in our discretion, are obscene, pornographic, defamatory,  threatening, unlawful, inappropriate, or otherwise objectionable. We will NOT accept for reproduction images that promote anything illegal or harmful or that violate personal and public rights. In addition, we will not reproduce images that are copyrighted or trademarked, including those that appear in magazines, books, web sites, or other media sources. 

If we receive any files that contain viruses, worms, code, or malware, or images which permit the execution of code which has the capacity to damage or allow unauthorized access to our or anyone else's computer system, the file will be returned to you.
