We're introducing our Belgian Chocolate Spring Collection in time for Mother's Day - a bounty of crisp, new flavors to tantalize your senses.

Our Spring Collection brings forward our homage to the delectable peach - Peach Melba - a buttery smooth ganache of pear and raspberry in a milk chocolate molded shell. Our second entry is a classic Italian taste - Basil and Pistachio. A dark chocolate shell embraces the white chocolate ganache with hints of garden fresh basil and sun toasted pistachio. For those who truly love the carmel goodness of Beau Fleuve Soft Caramel - well, we've captured that in our swirling milk chocolate shell. Our dark-on-dark Lavendar and Vanilla offers a lavender perfumed dark ganache with the softness of Madagascar vanilla in the background. To add a bit more spring to your springtime step, we've added our Madras Curry to a gold dusted milk molded shell. The flavor of France's behemian era comes alive in our Green Faerie - Absinthe in dark chocolate.

About our Spring Assortment

Peach Melba

The Peach Melba is a classic dessert, invented in 1892 or 1893 by the French chef Auguste Escoffier at the Savoy Hotel, London to honour the Australian soprano, Dame Nellie Melba. It combines two favourite summer fruits: peaches and raspberry sauce accompanying vanilla ice cream.

Tira Misu

Several sources (from Vin Veneto, dated 1981, to the Italian Academy of Giuseppe Maffioli and several cuisine websites) claim that tiramisu was invented in Treviso at Le Beccherie restaurant by the god-daughter and apprentice of confectioner Roberto Linguanotto, Francesca Valori, whose maiden name was Tiramisu. It is believed that Linguanotto named the dish in honour of Francesca's culinary skill.

Dulce de leche

is a thick, caramel-like milk-based sauce or spread. Literally translated as candy of milk or milk candy, it is prepared by slowly heating sweetened milk to create a product that derives its taste from caramelised sugar. Its origin is widely debated and it remains popular throughout Latin America, where it is known by this name.
