buttery-rich, slightly sweet macadamia is a native of Australia,
and named after John McAdam who first cultivated the tree as an
ornamental shrub! We ornament our chocolate covered macadamias with creamy milk chocolate.
Macadamia nuts have a very hard seed coat enclosed in a green husk that
splits open as the nut matures. It holds a creamy white kernel containing
up to 80% oil and 4% sugar. When roasted it develops a uniform color and
will be happy to special order to meet your needs!
