1 cup Powdered sugar

*1/4 cup Lime, Lemon, or Orange Juice
*3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
*Zest of 1 lime, lemon or orange (optional)

Carrot Cake Scone ... |
*2 Cups Scone mix
*5 oz. Grated Carrot
*Dash of Nutmeg
*1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
*1/2 Cup Sugar
*2 oz. Butter
*1/4 cup buttermilk
Measure out he scone mix into a bowl. Add sugar to the mix and stir until incorporated. add the nutmeg and the cinnamon to the mix. Grate the carrots and add to the mix. Add the butter in chunks. Mix until the butter is in pea size pieces. Start adding the buttermilk 1 tablespoon at a time until the mixture is a biscuit like consistency. Shape scones into a round, flat shape (about 1 1/2 in. tall). Cut into six even slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F. for 10-13 min. |

Sun Dried Tomato and Basil ... |
*2 Cups Scone Mix
*5 oz. sun Dried tomatoes
*2 Tablespoons Dried Basil
*2 oz. Butter
*1/3 cup Buttermilk
Measure out the scone mix into a bowl. Add tomatoes and basil to the mix and stir until well mixed. Add the butter in chunks. Mix until the butter is in pea size pieces. *2 oz butter
*2 Tbls assorted herbs (any kinds)
*1/2 cup buttermilk
*1 oz butter for wash
*2 oz Parmesean Cheese for topping

*2 oz butter

*1/2 cup blueberries
*1/3 cup buttermilk
*Streusel topping

Start adding 1 tablespoon of buttermilk at a time until it is a biscuit like consistency. Shape the scones into a flat round shape about 11/2 inches thick. Cut into six even slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for 10-13 minutes.

*3 ½ oz Cheddar Cheese
*3 strips of Bacon
*1/2 cup + 1 Tbls buttermilk

*2 tsp fresh lemon juice

*1 Packet Chocolate truffle mix
*1/2 cup buttermilk
