Personalized Favor Boxes
Use this page to setup the way you want your favor box personalized. You may have 4 lines of text on the box; 3 lines of text with a standard design; such as this  ,
or a monogram, such as this  .
The charge for setting up the personalized box is $15.00.
You may request a fax proof or 1 specimen box at additional cost.
If you wish, we can imprint your logo, company or association image, or other custom artwork. The charge for this service is $65.00. You must provide us with clean, black-and-white artwork. You may request a fax proof or 1 specimen box at additional cost.
There is a minimum quantity of 50 boxes required. |
Instructions
Use the form in the column to the right to create your own personalized favor box.
Before you make your personalization selections, please tell us if this favor box will use all Standard text styles and/or designs OR if this is a 'Custom' piece which will require customer supplied artwork.
In Step 1 , select the typestyle for your text. If you want just a monogram on your box, skip this Step.
In Step 2 , select the imprint color from the drop-down. Applies to Monogram, Design, and Text. You may only select 1 color.
Step 3 has three choices.
- If you want a Monogram on your box, VIEW the monogram styles, then select the design from the drop-down. A monogram is considered a line of text with NO additional lines permitted. You may use any Standard Type to create a monogram - select the typestyle from the typestyle dropdown then select Custom Monogram from the monongram style dropdown. We will create a monongram based on the typestyle you select and the letters you enter into the first text box (Step 4).
- If you want a Design on the box, VIEW the design choices, then select the design from the drop-down. If you also want text on the box (up to 3 lines), you will then have to enter the text in Step 4 .
Boxes are available in one standard design and three lines of copy.
If you want a company logo or specific design on your favor box, select Customer Provided from the Design dropdown.
- If you only want text on the box, then go right to Step 4. You may have up to 4 lines of text on a text-only box.

Step 4 is where you enter your text. if you do not wish to add a design, you may enter up to 4 lines of text. If you select a design, you may enter up to 3 lines of text. Set-up Charge
There is a $15.00 set-up charge for box personalization which uses Standard Designs and or Standard Type Styles
There is a $65.00 set-up charge for box personalization which uses Customer Provided designs (such as a company logo) or specific typestyle requirements.

$15.00 each proof. A photocopy or fax proof can be sent prior to processing a Personalization order. There are no art or plate charges. The charge is non-refundable and does not apply to the cost of the order.
Box Proof Charge

$35.00 for 1 box. The charge is non-refundable and does not apply to the cost of the order.
