The chocolate in our sugarfree almonds has had the sugars replaced with MALTITOL, a natural sweetener derived from corn.

The corn is infused with hydrogen. The result is a natural product that tastes sweet but has a low absorbtion rate; therefore, it does not elevate blood sugar, leaves no aftertaste, and comprises 2-3 calories per gram.
