Belgian Chocolate Truffle Wedding Cake Favors

Nothing is more symbolic of a wedding than the wedding cake. Ever since the Romans, a specially baked good was featured prominently in the wedding ceremony. First, the Romans baked special breads for the occasion; later on, biscuits and eventually small cakes were presented to the happy bride and groom. These precious little favors are all Belgian chocolate - from the buttery white chocolate, creamy milk chocolate or decadent dark chocolate shell to the creamy ganache that lies at the heart of these delicate confections.

Five flavorful ganache fillings are available: champagne, white raspberry, white chocolate, and white caramel, rich dark double truffle. Each truffle is handmade from pouring the molds to filling each delicate shell with a creamy filling of chocolate, cream, butter and flavorings - and individually boxed.
